For every Heart Dog at the Bridge, a moment when you know that you are remembered today, missed again, and loved forever.

Gone from Sunpiper, but never forgotten.
"Piper Jean" NATCH 3 ATCH III Beauwood's Rustlin' Sunpiper CDX RE AAD RS-E-SP GS-E-SP JS-E-SP  Where it all began. Our kennel name is in honor of my true Heart Dog.

If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane.
I would walk right up to Heaven
and bring you back again.

No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say "Goodbye",
You were gone before I knew it,
and only God knows why.

My heart still aches with sadness,
and secret tears still flow.
What it meant to love you-
No one can ever know.

But now I know you want me
to mourn for you no more;
To remember all the happy times
life still has much in store.

Since you'll never be forgotten,
I pledge to you today~
A hallowed place within my heart
is where you'll always stay.

Dan dubbed her Piper Jean "The Agility Machine"

I cried when you passed away.
I still cry today.
Although I loved you dearly,
I couldn't make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working paws at rest.
God broke my heart to prove to me
he only takes the best.
"Fay" ATCH NATCH Mysin's Faigeleh JJ-E-SP JS-E-SP JG-E-SP 09/01/1998-11/20/2010
"Fay" was Renee's junior agility dog and a great companion. With the intensity of a Border Collie, she was fun to live with and watch. She retrieved a tiny ball as well as any retrieve and ran agility as well as any BC.

At first we didn't think she'd be a distance dog. Knowing she was prey, she didn't like wandering far from her protection. But she turned out to be a fast and confident distance dog and easily earned her Agility Trial Championships.
"Cosmos"  Hot Tamale Cosmos CD JS-N JJ-N       5/1994-10/1997
Cosmos, named after the flower the Cosmos, the vibrant primary colored type called the "Hot Tamale". She was a flower, so soft, gentle, a real junior's dog. But like a flower, her season was short and she was plucked away from us in the prime of her life. Rest easy, my girl. Without you there wouldn't have been Pi and without Pi there wouldn't have been all this. You did not die in vain, your memory lives on.

You belong among the wildflowers.
You belong on a boat out at sea.
Far away from troubles and worries,
You belong somewhere you feel free.
